Lighting Beginning on Demo Level!


I've created the demo level's "room" which is just a floor, walls, and a ceiling. Very basic room so far. I've started on the lighting before building any of the level because getting that initial ambiance/vibe/feeling is very important. If I don't have that, the level won't work the way I want it to. I think this little lighting experiment gives the perfect feeling I want. So far, it's just this red light and a normal white point light so I can see what's going on. Soon, it will be only level lighting and then I can comfortably start work on the actual level design portion.

It is likely that this level building will take me a few days total, and I didn't really start until 8/28/2020. So, I'm hoping to have this demo out by early September at the earliest. It might take longer depending on what the puzzle ends up like.
